COVID-19 update 23/3/20

As you would probably now be aware the recent Government restrictions have meant that our Club has had to close its door as of midday today. We understand and support this Government decision as it is in the best interest of our community, city and state.

We also understand the important role our Club plays in the lives of all of our members. Not only is it a space to improve our physical fitness, it also provides a place for improved mental health and a place for interaction with friends. Consequently, many of us including staff are feeling a little uneasy about the next few months.

We want you to know that we are currently trying to organise the 'live streaming' of freestyle classes so as to provide a service to those members who want to keep moving and who need a little help in getting started. The added bonus is we also get to remain in your lives albeit in your lounge room. We will keep you updated regarding these 'live streams'.

The big question we are naturally being asked is will gym membership payments be suspended. As of today all memberships will be suspended and we will not be charging anyone whilst the business is closed.

We understand that this is a difficult time for not only PYCSAM Health & Fitness but for many other businesses around the state and country. Everyone is affected by this crisis in some way and we sympathise with each and every one of you.

We promise to stay in touch, to do all that we can to offer a service to keep your body and brain active and to do our best to re-open our doors again in the not too distant future.

 Yours in health and fitness,

The PYCSAM Health & Fitness Team
